Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight and maintain at least two feet between furniture and heat sources. Aniline and Protected leathers are especially sensitive to direct sunlight. Use a professional cleaner to help resist staining and prevent overall soiling. For oil based stains, use a professional degreaser.
Please note: orders of 4 or more chairs will ship with a freight carrier, and are not traceable via UPS. Please allow 10 days before contacting O.co regarding any freight carrier shipping concerns.
Delivery area
Orders are shipped from the United States.
We currently only support delivery within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery costs
For orders under $150, delivery costs $12. For orders of $150 or more, delivery is free.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt and confirmation of payment.
Delivery methods and times
We use DHL Express as our carrier for all orders. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 business days after order processing.

Validity period
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the products.
Exchange process
Contact us by email or phone to request an exchange, providing the order number, proof of payment, reason for the exchange and photos or videos if necessary.
Our team will process your request quickly and, if it is accepted, will provide you with the return address.
Return the product to the address provided and await our receipt.
After inspection, if the product meets your requirements, we will ship the new item to your address within 1 to 3 business days.
Refund process
Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard).
Fee rules
If the return is due to an aesthetic defect, a quality problem, an odor or a difference in color, or a product error, the shipping costs are our responsibility.
Returns without a specific reason will incur shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
